- Staking or sandbagging to prevent movement
- Tarp (if necessary or requested) for inflatables and interactive.
- 100′ extension cord if needed, for inflatables and interactive.
- Public and Community Venues:
We can set up in most city parks, schools, church’s. It is the responsibility of the customers to contact the organization to reserve a venue. Some venues parks, schools, require you to pay a permit fee which the costumer will complete. If the organization require insurance certificate, we can provide for an additional fee. If your rental requires an electrical outlet, please contact the event location to see what is available. We have generator’s available for rent for an additional amount. If the park or venue has an entry fee, the client will be accountable for paying the fee(s).
Permits, Reservations, Certificate of Insurance:
Customer is responsible for obtaining all permits, reservations and all other approvals for the planned event; Sumo Mania – Party Rental CA will not give refunds or reschedule events if Sumo Mania- Party Rental CA is not allowed to set up the rental products due to customer failure to do so. Customer is also responsible for requesting a Certificate of Insurance. Sumo Mania -Party Rental CA can provide the venue with a Certificate of Insurance as Additional Insured, at a supplementary cost, if needed. Requires notice of at least three business days.
